Due to simulating pattern of wood grain color, wood grain PPGI coils is replacing wood material in construction decoration affectively .Applying wood grain color coated steel is more friendly to environment and more economic.

Structure of decorative galvanized steel sheet :

Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.

Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.

Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.

Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance.

Base steel sheet.

How to order?

For customized products, please inform me:

a. pattern OEM

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

e. weight of Zn coating

We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
