The Aluminum zinc alloy steel apply hot dip Al-Zn coating on both faces of cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness. In its coating, Al accounts for about 55%, Si 1.6%, others are Zn. Compared to hot dip galvanize steel , galvalume steel has better anti-corrosion ability. Fingerprint resistant oil also make its service life longer.

How to order?

1.1.1       We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil

1.1.2       For customized products, please inform me:

a. thickness

We can make from 0.25 mm to 2.0mm as your requirement

b. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

c. Aluzinc weight

We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2

d. Surface finish 

Passivation, Anti-finger

Packing Detail:

1. 508mm/610mm paper or steel tube in the middle of coil.

2. Wrapped with plastic film and water proof paper, then packed with galvanized steel sheet, and tied by steel strip vertically.

3. Protected by steel or plastic retainer on each side of the coil, then tied by steel strip transversally.

Payment

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)

Delivery time

Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
