Structure of decorative galvanized steel sheet :
* Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.
* Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.
* Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.
* Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance.
* Base steel sheet.

Pre-coated on steel make its corrosion resistance better. Meanwhile, there are various colors painted for your choice and simulated pattern of wood grain, marble, granite can be customized specially. Aluzinc Steel Coils is usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration.

Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample
Other special grain:simulated Wood grain ,Stone grain and Embossed

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in backe. with film or notWithout film is the most selection
