Epoxy aluminum plate are widely used for aluminum and plastic composite board, aluminum and plastic pipe, and bottle/tank cap, as well as curtain wall board/aluminum curtain board, ceiling board/special-shaped ceiling board, aluminium sheets for cable channel, conmestic packging and electrical manufacture, etc.
 
All products are pointed applied onto standard 1 series, 3 series and 5 series aluminium alloy coils.

General Terms Of Business:
 
 
1. Minimum quantity
 
Painted coil and special coil: 5 tonnes per style per color.
 
2. Payment terms: pay by T/T. 30% deposit upon receiving the order, balance should be paid before the shipping effected.
 
3. Sample charge need to be prepaid before shipping.
 
4. Production lead time is about 4-5 weeks after we receive the deposit, and lead time will be different according to the order quantity and style.
 
Packing And Service
 

1. The coils are covered with plastic film and brownpaper ,packaed with wooden plate,directly loaded into container for transshipment.
2. Our working time is from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm. My trade manager is jsprac.any question ,please feel free to contact me.

a. color

Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample .
 

 

b. thickness

We can make from 0.1 mm to 1.2mm as your requirement
 

c. width

We can make from 100 mm to 150 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
 

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 45um in top and 15um in back
 

 
 
Payment
 
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
 
 
Delivery time
Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
 
 

Packing
 
Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.
