Metal embossed PPGL Coils is the product prepared via being color-coated and applied to produce embossed patterns on color-coated steel sheet.

How to order?

1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil

1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:

a. color

Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

e. weight of Zn coating

We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.

Applications:

Mainly applied to decoration for interior and exterior walls and indoor items.
