Overlay Film Surface Galvanised Steel Coils Hot Dipped Painted Steel Coil

Color coated steel coil is an extension of hot dip galvanized steel coil products, galvanized is the first surface treatment, and painted with a sequential manner organic coating or adhesive film, then produce a coil for cold forming further processing.

1.1.1       We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil

1.1.2       For customized products, please inform me:

a. color

Produce according to RAL color card or sample 

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

d. paint thickness

25um in top and 10um in back

e. weight of Zn coating

We can provide 100g/m2

f. with film or not

Without film is the most selection

Payment

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)

Delivery time

Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay

Packing

Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.
