Prepainted Steel Coil is base on hot dip Galvanized and roll paint on the surface. Prepainted Steel Coil has lots of colors as RAL color or customers’ request. Usually apply to metal roofing, walls and fences.

Detail:

Our general prepainted steel coil is Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least 20 years without fading .

How to order?

1.1.1       We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil

1.1.2       For customized products, please inform me:

a. color

sea blue white gray and other according to RAL color card or sample 

Other special grain:simulated Wood grain ,Stone grain  and Embossed  

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

e. weight of Zn coating

We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.

Payment

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)

Delivery time

Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
