Painted Steel Coil

Painted steel coi is based on  galvanize steel or galvalume steel (PPGI and PPGL). It usually use roll paint technique to apply different color paint on the surface. Customers can choose colors referring to Ral color. We have some Sub-quality Prepainted Steel Coil in stock .It has little defect on coil surface but no matter in use. When slitting the prepainted steel coil, the defects is usually cut off.

Details as following.

Structure of decorative galvanized steel sheet :

*Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.
*Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.
*Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.
*Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance.
*Base steel sheet.

How to order?

1.1.1       We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil

1.1.2       For customized products, please inform me:

a. color

Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample 

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

e. weight of Zn coating

We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.

f. with film or not

Without film is the most selection

Payment

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)

Delivery time

Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay

Packing

Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.
