Prepainted steel sheet is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets. The base metals for prepainted steel sheet consist of cold-rolled, HDG electro-galvanized and hot-dip Alu-zinc coated. The finish coats of prepainted steel sheets can be classified into groups as follows: polyester, silicon modified polyesters, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, etc. The production process has evolved from one-coating-and-one-baking to double-coating-and-sigle-baking,double-coating-and-double-baking and even three-coating-and-three-baking. The color of the prepainted steel sheet has a very wide selection, like orange, cream-colored, dark sky blue, sea blue, bright red, brick red, ivory white, porcelain blue, etc. The prepainted steel sheets can also be classified into groups by their surface textures, namely regular prepainted sheets, embossed sheets and printed sheets. The prepainted steel sheets are mainly provided for various commercial purposes covering architectural construction, electrical household appliances, transportation, etc.

Our manufactory has capacity for 400,000 Ton color coated steel coil per year.

Service life

Our ASTM PPGI steel is Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least 20 years without fading (related to different environment)

How to order?

1.1.1       We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil

1.1.2       For customized products, please inform me:

a. color

Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or pantone color

b. thickness

We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement

c. width

We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.

d. paint thickness

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

e. weight of Zn coating

We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.

f. with film or not

Without film is the most selection
 

Packing

Payment 

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)

Delivery time

Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
